Hi, I put my Galaxy S4 on the floor, not the tool high, less than three feet. Now the screen is black and does not work at all. No damage is obvious, no bright pixels, just dead screen. Even if the screen is black, the phone is turned on. I can hear the ring but can not answer. Does anyone know if I can fix it without sending it to a Samsung or repair point? Thanks in advance.
